Care instructions:
Your Sierra Coolware, when treated with care, will last for years. Each piece is thoroughly durable, lead-free and food safe. If your piece is enhanced with glass beads, the beads may crack or break if dropped or knocked against a hard surface. I recommend hand washing only. Use mild soap, a soft cloth, and dry immediately. No polishing is necessary. As with all metals, they will scratch. I suggest avoiding the use of sharp serving utensils or stacking your pieces. To stack your designs, place a paper towel between them or use plastic bags for each piece. My designs can go from the freezer to the oven (except adorned pieces) to your table, but never in the microwave or dishwasher. It is preferable not to leave foods or liquids in the servingware for extended periods of time. A discoloration may occur if food, especially acidic or salty food, is left in the piece too long. I recommend coating the metal with vegetable or olive oil when using acidic or salty foods. With these simple instructions, your pieces will stay shiny and bright!
